Projects are reviewed at the earliest possible stage at our preconstruction
and start-up meetings.
We will submit work program with bar chart, manpower requirement,
material procurement list and receiving time to the project
management.
Study of drawings thoroughly after receiving the drawing from the consultant.
Procuring the required quantity of quality items.
We will make the mock – up and the samples of all works and get
the approval from the consultant.
We will be co-coordinating with the major supplier thoroughly much
earlier on getting the material to site as per delivery time.
We will carry out the work as per work order specification under IE Rule and
we shall not change or modify the work order specification.
We shall use the items of Electrical & Associated work will be of ISI Standards.
Whenever these items notified Non – ISI Standards, we will get approved from
the Architect / Consultant/ Client.
Removing rubbish and cleaning the site premises during the construction time.
Telephone line / Water / Sanitary / Power shall be provided by the client
and those will be maintained by us.
During the process of the work, we will maintain the record of
measurement of items along with the Quality / Quantity Supervisor.
During construction we are supposed to follow all the Safety and the Securityrules.
Phase wire shall be Red Yellow Blue colored as per the phase wire distribution,
specified in the single line diagram. A Neutral wire shall be of Black coloured
and earthing wire of green color. Separate neutral and earthing for individual
circuit.
All inspection box and junction box will be installed in accessible position in
ceiling. It will be marked in the as build drawing. All Distribution Board
incoming & outgoing feeders will be marked properly.
We will submit the HT & LT Cable Manufacturing Test Certificate.
The insulation and the continuity test will be conducted before and after the
installation and the same shall be recorded on test sheet in approved format
and submitted to you.
Cable route will be marked at the site.
Once completed, the project is reviewed at our close-out meetings where
we analyze the entire project and then seek feedback from our client.
